This hotel has a great location, especially for visiting Universal Studios, and the rooms are spacious with excellent hospitality. The breakfast is a fantastic way to start the day, but it's a shame that there were no clean towels left for us during our stay. The staff was very friendly, but there's definitely room for improvement in housekeeping. Overall, for the price, it’s a decent choice in the Orlando area.

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being so close to Universal Studios, which made our visits to the theme parks super convenient. The rooms were a decent size for our family, but they could definitely use some renovations.
